We sit down with Athlete of the Month of April, Nathan Miller. Nathan drank the Kool-Aid and now doesn’t miss a WOD. In his words, “I came to Strong out of shape and intimidated. I had no idea what to expect and was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. I decided to give it a shot and do whatever Gale and the coaches recommended. 5 months later I’ve dropped 20 pounds, learned a whole new side of nutrition (from Jeff DeLeon) and feel like I’m getting stronger every week.
