Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the next draft date.  Cancellations must be submitted through a form, requested by phone or email (memberships@strongdallas.com).  Refunds will not be made after the draft date.  

HOLD Policy:  Holds will be granted for up to 3months.  Requests to HOLD must be submitted through a form; requested by phone or email (memberships@strongdallas.com).  Holds will automatically reactive based on date given.
