Adult classes designed to Build, Burn and Define!

Fun & Run
Ages 4-5 - Any skill level that wants to have fun, build confidence & solid base of movement in a safe & productive environment

Movement & Ninja
Age based classes (6-8) and (9-12) to improve body awareness, grip & pulling strength, balance, agility, coordination and confidence and have the opportunity to level up into the next class.

Ninja Level 2
Ages 7+ - Train to be the next American Ninja Warrior right here in Dallas. A higher focus on fitness, technique and course work to simulate competition days.

Performance
Age 6+ - Focused classes for sport & strength development in football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, and more!
