FAQ

You will be lead by one of our highly skilled coaches through whichever program you choose. After you pick your first class, we just ask that you register online before coming to your very first session.

Your first class is complimentary. You can see our pricing and membership options here. Our Strong Advisor will reach out to you.

Everything is scalable. The coaches will assess your capacity and scale the workout as needed. You do not need to be in shape to start. Our programming is designed to do just that.

Come to any class time that works for you! We offer 15 class times (CrossHit & HiiT) a day Monday through Friday!
