WHAT Makes us STRONG?
Our members can find programs, steel barbells, equipment, and obstacles at almost any fitness facility, but what they won’t find is a team that genuinely cares about them and their goals.
We are here to educate our members and our staff. Our doors are open to the entire community to create a center of excellence to learn and contribute. The standard of excellence demanded by each of us has no limits.
Our actions in our personal life, conviction in our training and work, and the trust developed in our relationships inspire each other and our members to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Click “Start Here” on our main page. You will need to register for an account and sign our waiver. From there you can choose which programs you want to join.
You will be lead by one of our highly skilled coaches through whichever program you choose. After you pick your first class, we just ask that you please register online before coming to your very first session.
Your first class is complimentary. You can see our pricing and membership options here.
Everything is scalable. The coaches will assess your capacity and scale the workout as needed. You do not need to be in shape to start. Our programming is designed to do just that.

Come to any class time that works for you! We offer 15 class times (CrossHit & HiiT) a day Monday through Friday!
