Where do I get signed up?
Click “Start Now” on our main page. You will need to register for an account and sign our waiver. From there you can choose which programs you want to join.
What can I expect my first time?
After your inquiry, you will be contacted by an advisor who will help you choose the right program for you. You will be lead by one of our highly skilled coaches through whichever program you choose during your first workout. We just ask that you please sign our waiver online before coming to your very first session.
How much will my first class cost?
Your first class is FREE. Just make sure you sign our waiver prior to your visit.
What if I can’t do everything in the class? I haven’t worked out in a while.
Everything is scalable. The coaches will assess your capacity and scale the workout as needed. You do not need to be in shape to start. Our programming is designed to do just that.
What are our class times?

What if the CrossFit L1 schedule doesn’t work for me?
Don’t worry let your advisor know, and we’ll accommodate you!
How long are classes?
Anywhere between 45 – 60 minutes.
Am I able to sign up for more than one program?
Do you all have showers?
Yes! We have three in both the women’s and men’s restrooms.
What is the difference between an out of town CrossFit Drop-in and a Visitor?
An out of town CrossFit Drop-in is anyone who has a current membership at a CrossFit affiliate in their hometown outside of the DFW area. A visitor is anyone who is local and is wanting to pay for a single CrossFit or Fitness class at a time.
What do I need to do if I am a local from the DFW area and am VISITING the gym for a single CrossFIt or Fitness class?
We ask that you please register for an account and sign our waiver before coming in. The drop in fee will be $25 for each class.
What do I need to do if I am dropping in from another CrossFit gym?
We ask that you please register for an account and sign our waiver before dropping in. The drop in fee will be $20 or $25 for a shirt.
Are drop-ins able to participate in open gym?
We do allow drop-ins to do the Crossfit Strong WOD that is posted for that day during open gym hours. However, there is no outside programming allowed.
Which programs are only 3x a week?
You can choose to attend CrossFit ($145.00) or Fitness ($160.00) as a membership for only 3x per week billed every 4 weeks.
Can I attend Fitness Program as unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited Fitness is $185.00 every 4 weeks
Can I choose an add-on program with a 3x a week membership?
Only unlimited memberships can choose an add-on program. It is $25 for an added program.
Can I just drop-in?
Yes! $10 for out of towners. $20 for CF , unless it is your first time. $25 for Fitness.
